The best thing I didn't know I needed

Standing in my kitchen using a flat hand grater shredding parmesan cheese for my night's pizza, it dawned on me that I'd bought the grater when I was in college. Except now I'm 57. Time for an upgrade! And, man, let me tell you, this thing is worth every single centavo. Snaps together in seconds and you're shredding, slicing, or grating. Clean up is supremely easy as well with a simple sponge and some Dawn liquid. I'm tempted to buy a dozen of these and give them as gifts. Because cheese is love.
