It is inherently heavy and does not fit the female figure well.
I wanted a backpack/fridge. It's really heavy and awkward at first and the slightly colder part doesn't last as long as they say, even with an ice pack. It also falls over when you sit on it. It would be better to take a backpack that I like and put a cooler bag in it.
