Review on Stainless Steel Smooth Potato Masher by OXO Good Grips by Tiffany Powers

I really love OXO products and have several at home; However, I bought it based on the great reviews but was very disappointed when it came time to use it. First, the tool is about 5 inches shorter than a regular trowel (any other brand). The grip is good, but when you cook a huge pot of potatoes, your hand gets in the potatoes or your hand gets too hot. There isn't enough grip to give it a good poke ('mash') so I returned it and bought one of those old fashioned choppers my mom used to use. If it's available with Prime, you've got nothing to lose by trying it out, and you can return it with no shipping costs. It's just not for me!
