Update 10/09/2020: Due to a price increase I want to lower my rating to 4 stars but this item is about quality. For many, many years I've only used (and recommended) Feather. For me the best knife on the market. See my original review below. BUT last purchase on 05/01/2020 price was consistent with previous purchases at $7.99 / 20 carats. ($0.40/person). Today 10/09/2020 the price is $12.99. I understand the price increase and possible fees, but $5? However, I will not use any other razor! (and I try to only buy US made products regardless of price). So. To overcome the price increase, I recommend buying 50ct. for $17.88 ($0.36 per razor), which saves pennies on a razor but leaves a large stash unused - still worth it. 5 dollars. but still workable. (. Packaging has changed but mktg. should stay up to date. Sharpest I've found but still a very good option for beginners as it shows heavy pressure isn't needed when wet shaving. This may take some heck of a try, but once you adapt, you'll probably never look for another again.As you learn, your technique and understanding of 'your face' will improve.I have a thick Mediterranean beard and find 2-3 passes for a very close shave 5 razors Never tried but could probably get 2-3 more but be very careful when using a dull razor Manufacturer's only recommendation: Excessive glue used to wrap each razor , is a 5:45 problem.
