My father died just before Covid and we were unable to offer the service. Months later we put up with it and got it working. We were able to record it in pretty high quality and upload almost 2 hours of footage and share it with all the family members who couldn't be there and didn't have enough computer skills for Google Drive. It's also nice to know that we saved it to a real item and not just the cloud. Very satisfied. None of them had any problems and it was easy to put footage on all of them.
