Great toy and definitely a learning tool

We love the Sphero! My son is 6 and has learned it and challenges himself with the cards provided. Some things are more difficult than others but as he continues to learn to read he figures out more and more on his own.

Pros

DRIVE MODE: Control your robot toy any way you like with the Sphero Play app. Drag and drive with Joystick mode, pull back and release with Slingshot mode or tip and rotate your mobile device with Tilt mode. Use the rails, arches and connector pieces to open up unlimited construction possibilities for driving and playing.

Cons

The programming language used for the robot ball may have a steep learning curve for some children

From what i see, is uncommon but i was sent a completely defective one. When unplugged it wouldn’t turn on. Wheels and motor function was wack too(this was attempted while on the charger)
