I was initially unable to pair the light to my phone because my router supports 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz -Emits frequencies and I can It doesn't change my phone's ability to use a 2.4GHz frequency. On some phones this is possible. not mine. In order to use these displays when your phone cannot be tuned to 2.4GHz, you must: 1. Put your phone in flight mode2. Turn on WiFi3. Walk away from the router until the Wi-Fi4 signal drops. Turn around and slowly walk towards the router. Because a 2.4GHz signal travels further than 5GHz, your phone connects to 2.4GHz. Now you can connect to the Globe app. After searching online I see that many people have this problem. The solution must be included in the instructions. It took me several hours to find a solution. However, once I did the lights very well. The only thing I don't like is that I can't use a wall dimmer. That would be better as I don't always want to use my phone to dim the lights.
