Some pros: It shines very brightly, an interesting attachment that creates a starry sky and drawings. The battery is modern 3.7 volts, not AA batteries. It also comes with its own charger for this battery. There is also a key that turns off this pointer, which prevents accidental use by children, the laser is very bright. Has cons: Poor focusing of the beam without a nozzle, a large spot in comparison with the red pointer, but it hits very far, the spot is clearly visible for a kilometer.
