A bargain, finished nicely and it fits my head

Good headband, just tight enough to stay put.Inside is plastic with little teeth. Outside is grosgrain ribbon in assorted colors, that are surprisingly relevant to my wardrobe. May not wear the Kelly green one, but that could be kept in the bathroom to hold hair when i wash my face.
