The shape is smaller than expected. My son is having a shark birthday party so I made some chocolate. The first lap wasn't great, but I got the technique. I wish the fin was a little bigger, demolding it is the tricky part. The rib was broken, the chocolate didn't go all the way through and it was difficult at first to figure out how to get it out of the mold. There is a photo how to put it in the freezer. I poured in the melted chocolate using a small spatula. I put some chocolate on the bottom of each fin (half). You have to make sure it goes in the fin. So I shook and tried to open as much as possible by pressing the fin. I slam it slowly onto the counter so he lowers himself there. Then fill it out completely. Freezer 10 minutes. You need to pull at the top of the shape and try to pull on each side so the fin isn't so sticky to the shape and just pull slowly. It's a bit tricky/difficult, but I managed it on the third lap. It takes time to make them, wish it was easier but I'm still glad I got them. So pretty. Next time I'll try ice cubes.
