Pros: Warm but not too thick Well tailored, nice thick and comfortable materials Two good jackets combined in one decent coat Cons : Totally different jacket sizes - inside (size 5/6) fits my small to medium sized son perfectly, outside - he sinks. He wears 6/7 baby boy t-shirts and they are usually a bit long. The cuffs on the outer shell cover the arm to the toes, and the hem of the jacket covers the hem completely. We'll roll up the cuffs this year and we'll be able to wear them next year. The inner jacket might be a bit small then, but you can still put a sweatshirt in its place.
