I have purchased several ANNKE DVRs with and without a hard drive installed. The question of how to remotely control multiple DVRs in different locations on the same screen was answered promptly and accurately. I had trouble getting matching power cords for DVRs bought without a hard drive and they sent them in the mail for free. Good products with good support. (December 2019). Update April 1, 2020: I'm having problems with my new dashcam. Support continues to be fast and accurate. They sent me a replacement device. Update May 13, 2021: I'm having trouble setting up a dashcam that has cameras added. Technical support worked quickly and politely.
