Despite advertising itself as a "One-Stop Shop for All Things Electronic and Home Security," TOPOSH fails to provide trustworthy services and high-quality goods. My interaction with this internet store was not positive. First off, they have a small and out-of-date variety of electronics and home security items. They didn't have the brand of security cameras I was looking for in stock. Additionally, their website lacks crucial product information, such as warranty information, which makes it challenging to make an informed purchase. Second, they provide poor customer service. I contacted a company with a number of inquiries about a product I was considering, but their customer service representative was unresponsive and disrespectful. Instead of responding to my concerns, it appeared like they were hurrying to wrap up the session. Finally, they have terrible shipping and delivery timeframes. A security system I ordered took more than two weeks to arrive. When it eventually did, the system was incomplete and the package was ruined. My overall TOPOSH experience was underwhelming. I advise searching elsewhere if you're looking for high-quality gadgets and home security equipment. Do not entrust TOPOSH with your priceless belongings or your peace of mind.
