The cable didn't work. for telephone cable

The cable did not work. Initially I thought my mic/headset wasn't working so I had to replace them. As it turned out after connecting a new headset, it still didn't work. I could hear, but the sound was not transmitted during the call. So it may be that the outgoing cable is broken.
