The ability for us as an organization is that we can send our customers email reminders about upcoming events without them even knowing it's coming, or having their attention taken by something else in life! I think this system could be more intuitive/easy-to use with some of these features being unavailable yet (ease up access).
It has made event management much easier than before since many things are automated now - from sending out emails inviting people who have not responded back previously so you don't miss any opportunity costumer opportunities; automatically creating attendee lists when someone RSVPs etc., but most importantly making sure everyone knows there will soon be another meeting reminder sent via Slack which helps eliminate missed meetings due to forgetting.
