I wasn't sure if I should buy this as there weren't many reviews at the time of purchase. I wanted to replace another touchless soap dispenser I had that died after just a year. I was dying to try the foam soap product, so I took a chance. A wise choice, if I do say so myself. I've had it for several months now. It was easy to set up. I've only had to charge it once so far. I didn't make my own soap. I had some bath and body foam soap and some Mrs. Meyer's foam soap so I used that. My family and I wash our hands a lot, so I've had to change the soap, but it's not a big deal. I really like how it looks in my bathroom. He will not swallow my shell. I think I fell in love. totally recommend
