It's easy to use and does the job. Directions were easy to follow. My tooth plate came out very clean. Just grab a toothbrush to clean later. I clean my protection about every few days, so the supply lasts more than 4 months. A box lasts up to 4 months if you clean your mouthguard or dentures daily. Dentures should be cleaned every day, so it is still a good item for everyday use.
