I was very let down by the Hussell Online Store.

When I was shopping for car accessories for the first time, I discovered the Hussell online site and immediately believed it would be the ideal location to get what I required. Unfortunately, my interactions with them did not even come close to meeting my expectations. Their online store advertises a large variety of products, but when I went to check for custom wheels, I discovered that there were just a few fundamental choices available. The same is true of their air compressors and their air pumping devices. I had hoped that Hussell might have something more specialized, but it seems that they only carried the essentials. The cherry on top of the cake was the fact that their pricing were greater than what I discovered on other websites. Because they assured me that they had everything that I required, I believed that I could rely on them, but it turned out that all they were trying to do was take advantage of me. Their client service was another unsatisfactory aspect of their business. I attempted to contact them about an item that was missing from my transaction, but all I got in response was radio silence. I made a number of phone calls and wrote a number of emails, but I did not get a response from anyone. It is abundantly evident that Hussell does not regard their clientele in any way. In general, the Hussell internet store is not somewhere I would suggest shopping at to anyone. Because they do not have a wide range, their prices are expensive, and they provide terrible customer service, purchasing car accessories from them is a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
