Solid Products and Service Delivery

I like that they are very knowledgeable about their products/services which makes it easy to recommend them when others ask me questions regarding my experience with other companies! They have been able to help us troubleshoot issues related to multiple platforms (Lync & Office 365) at once while also working closely wtih Salesforce Support Team members who can provide additional support if needed. Our team has had great success using this service provider due to its ability to understand how we work best together so there aren't any surprises along the way of implementation or ongoing management / maintenance after launch. The only downside was finding someone within your organization already familiar enough from past projects you were currently doing - but overall not too big an issue since everyone's time commitment varies greatly anyway. Helping organizations transition into new software applications without breaking existing processes by adding efficiencies through automation where applicable. This helps keep up-to date across all departments ensuring smooth operations during transitions between staff changes etcetera.
