Not for shaving or hair removal

I used this product to remove unwanted facial hair. After heating with hot water, I used the product as directed. Does NOT remove facial hair. I expected it to hurt a little, and it literally felt like flimsy duct tape had been pulled from my face. I get more out of tweezers. Returned. Also remember that wooden spatulas are not included. I used old wooden popsicle sticks.
