Review on Compatible For Fitbit Luxe Band by Vanessa Harrison

I had some hesitations in purchasing as there were no reviews when I searched, but I took a chance. Here's what I found: It was very easy to replace the original silicone strap with this new elastic strap. I googled (after realizing there were no instructions on the original Fitbit box!), watched a 57-second video, and then proceeded exactly as shown. This new group slid right in and snapped on the first try. I have a fairly small wrist and had to tighten the strap a bit when I received it. It was easy to do. The strap is very comfortable and fits perfectly once adjusted. The rubber band allows me to move the tracker up and down 1/2 to 1 inch. I found the tracker can get a bit annoying if I leave it in one place for more than 7-8 hours, so I like to move it around a bit. The elastic band makes it very easy and comfortable. The band keeps the tracker snug enough against your skin that it doesn't interrupt heart rate or sleep monitoring, but it never feels tight like inelastic silicone can sometimes feel. The group is beautiful. The colors are dark turquoise, dark dusky pink and mint green. It doesn't look "bright" or loud. I think it will blend into the background instead of clashing with whatever I'm wearing. A NOTICE. This strap has silver colored metal end caps which are not shown in the pictures. The caps are needed to snap into the suite. My suite is black on black so silver is not a problem for me. The stripe is a lux width, not as wide as shown in the photos, which is fine. Width would look weird. I don't think I'll (on purpose) wet this tape like I do with silicone, but I still don't swim or shower in it. It's also easy to put on your hand when washing your hands, so I don't see that as a disadvantage for me. I am happy about this purchase!
