I like that it's easy to use, has many features including video conferencing which makes my job easier! It also works great with other software such as Skype or Google Hangouts so you can have multiple people in one call at once without having issues when switching between them all. There are some bugs here and there but nothing too bad about this program overall. If your looking into something simple yet powerful then go ahead give this product/service a try because they're very reliable especially if used correctly. We've been using this service since we started our business almost 10 years ago now (almost 11). This allows us to communicate easily across different time zones while not being tied down by expensive international phone plans from companies who don't care much about their customers' needs.
