Review on Cordiant All Terrain 215/65 R16 98H summer by Boguslawa Perkowska ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It was a reasonable purchase, I will order more.

I took a Santa Fe Classic 225 \ 70 R16. The most affordable A/T tire on the budget right now in this size. Mounted on new original Hyundai alloy wheels. Three tires perfectly balanced: 15/20, 25/30 and 0/5. The latter is like a fly in the ointment 50/60. After winter studded tires it is quieter, although the noise level is declared high. Quite heavy and harsh on the go, although most likely due to the fact that they do not yet have their temperature regime. The temperature is about 0. I think that in the pluses they will become softer. Then they are only a plus as rubber of this type. I have not tried it off-road yet, but the reviews of comrades are encouraging. There was an experience of use on mud and snow. On mud (a mixture of liquid clay soil) they behave perfectly. On gas, the tread is cleared and the rubber bites into the soil giving a hook. On snow: loose porridge with patches of crust rolled to ice. The course holds, the car does not break. Braking on 1 with a minus. A little more rolled up and ice - that's all, continuous chirping of ABS. Rubber was bought exclusively for summer operation, well, who knew that on April 19 there would be a rink ubiquitous. So the conclusion is that for the summer the track plus light fishing-natural bezdor tires are normal. Definitely not for the winter. Yes, even a note - at 1.8 atmospheres, the behavior of the car becomes more comfortable and softer, but fuel consumption takes off by a couple of liters. At 2.2 On the track is much tougher with less consumption. I got something like this 1.8 - the track is 13.8-14 liters per 100, 2.2 - 11.9 -12.5 l \ 100. V6 2.7 4WD Automatic

Pros
  • Aggressive tread pattern. Price.
Cons
  • Feels harsh. One wheel balanced on a new rim with 50/60 performance
