Review on 🎙️ Lewitt LCT 040 Matched Stereo Pair Condenser Microphones for Optimal Instrument Recording by Lauren Lewis

This mic has a very sloppy top end (interestingly they don't show any frequency response). I've used 4 of these mics on a drum kit - bottom-bottom drum, hi-hat, and overhead. I use cloned Neve preamps in the Orion Studio interface for tracking. No matter how hard I EQed, I couldn't get the cymbals to cut through the rock tune mix. I suspect that with quieter music, the smooth tips of these mics would be fine. They just didn't work in my application.
