I like this car seat very much. I have had and installed 6 different makes and models of car seats and this is by far the easiest to install. I even prefer it over Britax Clicktight which surprised me. This car seat is very strong and compact enough to fit back and recline in my small Mazda 3, which I have found difficult with other car seats. Shoulders. She complained that they were rubbing her neck. And the shoulder pads are a little clunky. I tried to take them off but the straps started rubbing against her neck. Overall she likes the seat and I am sure she is safe in the car.
