Great platform for client communication. The app is easy to use and it allows me to see when my messages are received by each client. It's also a great place for my clients to send messages as well. I have been able to connect with them and keep in touch through this app. Sometimes I feel like the app can be slow at times, but other than that, it's a great service. Just about everything you need to run a law firm is included! There really isn't anything negative that I can think of off hand. You definitely don't want to be sending an email to your client or asking a question and then waiting for hours before they get back to you. This will solve all that. As soon as you press send, it sends directly to their inbox which is nice. They are very responsive and quickly respond.
