This press is fantastic. I chose it because it has a larger diameter than the others, which strangely seems like a normal size to me. I'm not sure why most of the others are so small. But whatever, it's really cool. It is very easy to use, designed to last a long time, and the chops are not only perfectly formed, but also well cooked. They don't puff up on the grill like homemade ones. Can't wait to try the black bean burgers for my vegan friend. :)
