Dangerous! in Hair Cutting Tools

I wish there was an easy way to contact the company. We wait weeks for the clippers to go on sale and then weeks for them to arrive and something is loose in them. They're still cutting and we're desperate (military standards still apply here), but they're DANGEROUS. With just one haircut, the frame physically separates and makes frightening noises. like it's about to explode, scattering razor-sharp chunks of blade in all directions. Not sure if this was a defective pair that may have been damaged in transit or if this is the standard for this model. I really hope that the new set will be better.
