I'm a petite 58 year old female and I didn't like the masculine look of the straps that came with my Ionic. I was worried that removing so many links would result in the group not fitting or looking good, but it looks good and fits really well with no "kinks" or weird looks. I have grey, so I bought a gray stripe. That is beautiful! It was easy to put on. I didn't try to shoot, there was no need.
