It works and doesn't upset my stomach
I have been iron deficient for decades and have been unable to take iron supplements. I was so tired and lethargic the whole time, even after 8 hours of sleep. It wasn't my doctor who told me about this product and I decided I had nothing to lose and gave it a try. I no longer need or want to take a three-hour nap in the afternoon. I also have an enemy who does what I need and want to do around the house.
