Liked: Sturdy, solid base, easy adjustment knobs. Dislikes: In my initial review, I stated that I couldn't get this device. Work. I found the problem in the meantime (all mine). It has always worked. After being able to use it 10 or more times, there are only two things I don't like. 1. It is very touch sensitive when trying to focus with the focus knob on the top of the barrel. 2. (This is minor and could be improved) The pipe is not marked for alignment. You need to rotate the tube so your gaze is pointing in the same direction as the object you are looking at (once it's aligned, the magic marker line can probably be used to indicate forward position). However, once you've lined up the pipe, there's probably no need to fiddle with it. I use LED lighting from the bracket.
