The built in speakers sound pretty horrible and the Bluetooth connection only seems to be meant to be played through those speakers by something else, rendering them meaningless . Using external speakers via the RCA connections on the back sounds fine, just don't use the headphone jack as any sound over it will sound just as harsh and awful as the built in speakers. The built-in speakers also play regardless of whether other audio outputs are connected or not. It's not a big problem, but it's stupid and annoying. Overall I would not buy it again and would not recommend it to anyone. Spend a little more and get a much better product from someone else.
