This product was just the size I needed - a 90 degree adapter to add some length to my cable. I was pleased when I first saw the cable as it has great looks and good thick cable insulation. The problem is that the plug is EXTREMELY sensitive. The slightest touch or movement disconnects from my computer. So if, like me, you're wasting your monitor, it means your video call suddenly goes black. For some reason Windows 10 is also having trouble identifying it as a valid ISB cable. This means that several connection attempts are required before the device can be used and an unknown USB device warning is displayed. Still usable, yes, but you have to use it carefully.
