1 out of 2 inner tube was defective

My mountain bike needed new inner tube on both wheels (front ant back). I opt to buy these as a combo. With all the great reviews, I decided to go with this one. The 1st inner tube that I install to the front wheel had a leak in the valve stem. The 2nd one holds air. I would give it 5 stars, unfortunately, only 1 inner tube was good.
