This cartouche earring was undoubtedly beautiful, but what disappointed me the most was that it was barely long enough when I hung the earring on a post. There was enough mail to put on my back, but it still pinched the top of my ear. Once the earring was in, it would cling to anything it came in contact with and then pull. A week later I felt something was wrong with my ear and the moment I touched it the entire earring fell apart into 3 parts: the back (which was a rotating silver ball), the post and the diamond part of the earring .
