Bought size 5 in 2015 when my son was 4T. They are as soft as everyone says. We had some issues with the stitch quality on one pair but wore them anyway. Well, after 3 years I'll buy another one. They fit from a size 4T to a size 6! They have lasted longer than any other pair and cheaper brands like Hanes. These are my son's favorite things and they are always picked first when the laundry is put away. They are still very good after weekly wear and washing.
