These socks are pretty good. I am not diabetic but I get cold feet and have issues with circulation. These socks keep my feet warm but the material is also breathable. Some socks warm up my feet nicely but then my feet get really hot in them and I end up taking them off. With these socks I can leave them on all day and night and my feet stay warm enough while not overheating. I do think they are helping with my circulation and they aren't too tight. They wash and dry well without shape distortion. Some other reviewers mentioned that the sock is not too tight on the ankle and that is true. I only wear them inside my house, so I can't speak to how they perform in shoes. Overall I would recommend these socks!
