Terrible. Installing the bidet was easy, but the hoses are cheap and useless. They showed up TWICE and flooded our bathroom each time. The hose is flush with the connector rather than pushing in, so the water pressure causes the hose to pop out completely after about an hour and continuously sprays water until you turn the water off completely. We removed it after the second time. Waste of money, I would recommend spending more money on the real bidet website instead of ordering cheap from amazon.
