Review on 🐹 9-Inch Silent Runner Wheel with Cage Attachment for Hamsters, Gerbils, and Mice by Angie Jones

We bought the third running wheel for our Syrian hamster. It annoyed him that he was silent. Unfortunately, it arrived broken and fluctuated a lot. So much so that the hamster didn't run in. Just too wobbly so I contacted the seller and they said some wobbling is normal. It wasn't normal so I sent it back. Interestingly, once you go through the return process, they have no option to exchange it. I had hoped so. However, instead of taking responsibility for a defective product, they pay return postage and charge a 5% restocking fee. I don't understand why you have to stock up on defective goods at all. My problem really isn't with the bike, it's with the seller. In other words, even if I bought another one in exchange for this one to give it another chance. I won't now, at least not with this seller.
