I like that it is easy to use as well as being able to see all of your data in one place. It can be tricky when you are trying to upload multiple documents into one job but once they've been uploaded then everything else is fine - very quick! The only thing i dislike about this software is having to pay for an annual subscription which i think could have been free-to-use. If you're looking for something simple yet effective than definitely check out Recruitive. They help us keep track of our applicants and their progress through each stage of the hiring process.
