The product looks great. I was looking for something to complement the style of my leather bag and this was perfect for it. It's not the most comfortable shoulder pad. While this helps a little, I still feel some discomfort in my shoulder when I have some weight in my bag, causing me to switch shoulders regularly. Pros: Stylish Prevents the belt from slipping off the shoulder. Cons: Only marginally helps alleviate the weight of the belt.
