Uh, not the best. the best in my rating
First, these skirts are a far cry from $20. This is a cheap, uncomfortable material that feels like paper. You work so little. I have skinny little kids and they were both little! I only rated it 3 stars because the pattern/color looks just like the photos.
Pros
- Suitable for a large 4 year old and well made to wear over and over again.
Cons
- The ruffled hem and tiered design may not be to everyone's taste, making it difficult to pair with certain tops or shoes.
