I bought 1 15.5" extension with a 1" ball on each end. This is an amazing product. Since I have 2 gopros, I ordered another one. I tightened one end and stripped it off. I contacted company support. Nick said they didn't have replacement tips but he would send me a brand new one. it hit me Although it was my fault what I told him earlier, 10 minutes later I had a new one on the way. Nick, you're the man. I told several friends about my experiences with them. And they like my setup. So we ordered today. And I promise you won't regret it.
