My Palo 12 bay charger arrived today and after a few hours of getting to know it I can honestly say this is the best charger I have ever owned. First, each battery slot has its own indicator and will show the charge level until it is fully charged, then it will stop flashing and the battery icon is fully charged. Most of my old chargers have 2 batteries in the same charging circuit, so if a cell is bad or weak the charger won't let you know. This one does. I've read some reviews mentioning how long it takes to charge, but be aware that while this isn't an ultra-fast 12-slot charger, it can charge a lot more batteries than my previous 4-slot fast charger. Also, if you cram a lot of juice back into a battery, they get quite warm, and they can get very hot when fast charging. Which in turn affects the battery life. Slower charging, lower temperatures, longer-lasting batteries. On the other hand, the fewer battery slots you fill, the faster they charge. At least that's my opinion. All in all, a good buy for anyone using a lot of batteries across multiple devices. It also arrived much earlier than expected. Hooray!
