If you are looking for something really ergonomic, with the center of the screen at eye level, then this is exactly what you need (9 + 6 inches)! I'm only 20 and have struggled with neck pain from prolonged laptop and phone use for as long as I can remember. This is the only product that actually solves this problem for me. This allows me to use my laptop for hours without stopping due to neck or back pain. BUT I feel it's only really ergonomic at the highest level for both parts of the stand. A little lower and your neck may not feel very good. Also note that if you're using this for a laptop, you'll need a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse for this to be really useful. Very light and very small foldable. I'll be carrying this in my backpack for grad school in a few months! Comes with a cute little pouch to protect your other items you are carrying and fits well in your purse or backpack. It was seriously worth the money! Don't settle for a lower height either!
