The warranty service was denied because the monitor was brought into the country illegally, LG will not service it. The seller himself gives very passive answers. To shrug me off, they just say wait up to 45 days from the time we receive your monitor. And the fact that he lay with the LG service, they don’t care, I’m already tired of hanging around with him. I think the money will not be returned, the monitor will not be replaced. It feels like they will somehow fix it and return it to me again.
