I'm a photographer and this device helped me with Adobe Lightroom. He says he supports. I installed the dongle and charged it fully. During the loading process I read a very poor manual. It had some basic setup tips with no real ability to save settings. I think it was like Elgato Stream Deck where you set it up and as soon as you press a button it's ready to go. I was completely wrong. Keyboard shortcuts I really use a ton and hate Adobe's default "Export with Previous" keystroke. I usually set it up to run on some kind of macro switch. I thought this Huion device would be easy to set up. I selected the button, installed the keys and returned to LR. Nothing has happened. Okay, I checked the manual and AHHH, I forgot that I have to install it into the program before it works. Okay, I set Lightroom, pushed a few knobs and turned the knob. It didn't go bad! Now all I have to do is set a keyboard shortcut for one of the buttons. nope Nothing is right, so when you hover over the button, it turns robin egg blue and says NO. What happened? Close the installer and try again. Nothing. Ok, restart Lightroom. Still says NONE when hovering over any button on the device. Hm? It says reset device at the top so i do that and it goes to default ok start over. Select Lightroom and yes, all Lightroom macros are set up and working by default. Now just set some buttons for things I use and. NONE again on all keys. This device is almost useless. If you don't need a zoom wheel, it's pretty nice. I can't believe you can't set your own macro to do this. I don't even use standard 3/4 macros. WHY does it have a default volume control for 2 of the 18 buttons? I'm sure most Lightroom users have a way to adjust the volume outside of such a device. Insanely frustrating. I have 2 other Huion devices, both drawing tablets, and they work surprisingly well. They really threw the ball at it.
