After giving Vdealen a try, I was left feeling unimpressed and dissatisfied. Their website has a wide variety of playthings to choose from, but I was disappointed in other ways. First, it was difficult to locate the items I needed because the website is disorganized and difficult to navigate. The search feature is also inadequate, as it frequently provides irrelevant results or fails to locate the desired information entirely. The care was also lacking from my perspective as a customer. A generic and unhelpful answer was provided when I contacted them with questions about my order. I felt ignored and unappreciated because of the absence of individual service. Vdealen claims to have competitive pricing, but I discovered many items to be more expensive there than elsewhere. I also got the incorrect item in my order, which took extra time and effort to correct, despite the speedy shipping. In sum, I think Vdealen has promise, but my interactions with them were less than ideal. I would be hesitant to suggest them to others looking for a simple and stress-free online toy shopping experience due to their disorganized website, unhelpful customer service, and high prices.
