. I bought it back in December 2020 and everything was fine for the first 4 months. Closer to a year I got rid of it after 6 months of use. I just came across an old email and thought I'd write a review. Because I bought the exact same thing from another place and this baby lasted a full year unlike this one. Below is my rating. First, AT&T was never compatible with this product. Customer service representatives have stated that the product shows on their page that it is powered by 3G. not 4G from what I've read. Second, the ability to enable WIFI setting and BLUETOOTH setting has completely disappeared. The Samsung support team told me it was something to do with a faulty device, also known as a phone. Send it to the store to fix it. Third, incompatible with my phone company. What false advertising is.
