I like the collar. This is the second collar I have bought for my Doberman. I love the quality and the extra protection they give my dog when we go to the dog park. The thickness and trims offer my dog a modest level of protection. Every day we go off leash to the dog park. Sometimes in the last few years you get that other dog that isn't socialized and its owner shouldn't bring in an aggressive dog that bites. A couple of times this collar kept the dog from biting my dog's neck. Keep my dog safe while me and the other owner could separate the dogs. I also like the size of the collar because I can grab and hold it by the collar because it's very strong. These are expensive collars but the one before that was 2 years before another dog bit the locket off his collar. I love my dog and feel every penny is worth the extra quality and protection this collar offers.
